Orders and Payment

When placing an order with Ryxanordeshodir:

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• A deposit may be required for custom orders before production begins
• Full payment is due before shipping unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received

Custom Orders and Approvals

For personalised products:

• You must review and approve digital proofs before production
• Approved proofs are considered final; changes after approval may incur additional charges
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided text or information
• Proof approval indicates acceptance of design, spelling, and layout

Production Times

Standard production times vary by product:

• Custom cards: 2-3 weeks from proof approval
• Wedding suites: 4-6 weeks from proof approval
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
• Production times do not include shipping

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content created by Ryxanordeshodir remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing. You retain ownership of any artwork or content you provide to us for printing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryxanordeshodir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
